The property market in Nerja is still buoyant with a strong demand for villas. There are several new developments being built here at present to the north and west of the town. Prices here are the highest on the eastern side of the coast up from Malaga as it is such a beautiful place to live and a growth area offering excellent investment potential.
At the foot of the Alimjara Mountain, Nerja is a picturesque town with a maze of cobbled streets. The type of property available here ranges from large sprawling villas set in their own grounds to the more usual two bedroom apartments. Although the prices are no longer cheap, there are still some bargains to be found. The resale market for villas is active here and we have access to a very good selection of property in our portfolio.
